Our Approach
We prioritise working with local SME partners and suppliers and we work closely with local public sector services and charities to integrate with social initiatives and community groups.
Working directly with employers, we ensure candidates are upskilled and pre-qualified for genuine, sustainable jobs, at no cost to either party.
All participants are supported with personalised training and development services to remove barriers to employment and identify transferable skills in growing industries with sustainable roles to fill.

Our health services support individuals in their search for employment, giving them opportunities to make changes, set goals and access the services and help they need to lead healthier balanced lives. And increase their chances of being successful in a new role.
DWP Restart Scheme
The Restart Scheme is part of the Government’s Plan for Jobs which aims to help one million people in England and Wales back into employment. Jobs 22 has been chosen to run Restart Scheme across East Central England, which includes Lincolnshire, Bedfordshire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire and Northamptonshire. Working with local employers, local government and support services based in the area, Jobs 22 has created a service that gives Restart Scheme participants extra help and tailored support by removing barriers to sustainable employment.
