Our ultimate goal is to support people back into meaningful work, which has enormous benefits for local communities and empowers people to live happier and more purposeful lives.
Jobs 22 is an employability business founded by the charity Catch22, and the Angus Knight Group. For over 200 years, Catch22 has developed and provided programmes that foster sustainability and aspiration in individuals and societies. Angus Knight Group is a deeply experienced skills provider, helping millions of people achieve their potential through training and employment services.
Our combined experience ideally places us to provide individuals with a compassionate and commercial approach to getting back to work. We tackle the barriers, provide comprehensive support and tailor journeys to the individual, which benefits their local economy and the local community.
Finding the right people is important for every business. We know building a successful team takes time, and ongoing support, especially after the pandemic.
We reduce the burden of recruitment whilst providing businesses with value-added services such as training for new employees and existing teams. We give people the tools and training to succeed in work at no cost to the employer:
